Job Description :

Come join the team at a beautiful, busy 10-room spa. We are actively expanding and looking for both FT and PT Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs). If you are ready to work in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, we'd love to talk to you! We have a variety of shifts available: Days, Nights, and Weekends. We are flexible but require at least one shift on the weekend.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus service commissions when engaged (generally $24-40+ depending on modality) plus tips. You will be a W-2 employee with guaranteed hourly pay. We offer paid training and pay increases based on demand and performance, allowing you to build your clientele and earn service pay raises. Our marketing efforts help you focus on providing excellent massage services to an active member base eager for the benefits of regular massage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CAMTC certification and insurance required
• Perform consecutive 50-minute massages (with an hour break mid-shift)
• Strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Knowledge of Swedish massage; additional modalities/certifications are a plus
• Customer service oriented
• Team player
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• All necessary massage supplies provided
• Professional and safe work environment with COVID safeguards in place
