Job Description:

It's nice to be kneaded! Our spa has been open since November of 2021 & we are looking to grow our massage therapist team! We are in need to fill prime hours at the moment, specifically evening/weekend shifts! We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus to full-time therapists. To be considered full-time, we only require 24 scheduled hours a week. At our location, we strive to provide professional & excellent services to our clients. Job Responsibilities:

1. Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
2. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
3. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
4. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

1. Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
2. Must carry liability insurance.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
4. Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
5. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
6. Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
