Our locally owned Hand & Stone is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who delivers thoughtful, personalized care and wants to build lasting client relationships. With an established membership base, front desk support, and a leadership team focused on therapist development, you’ll have support as you grow your practice.

What you’ll do

• Provide massage services tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and health history.
• Conduct consultations, explain your approach, and maintain appropriate treatment notes.
• Recommend enhancements when they support the client’s goals.
• Encourage consistent care and rebooking to help clients maintain their progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries, sanitation standards, and a clean, prepared treatment room.
• Communicate with the front desk and leadership team to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Participate in training and coaching to strengthen your skills and client experience.

What we’re looking for

• An active massage therapy license in New York State- but will sponsor the right candidate awaiting NYS testing!
• Strong hands-on skills and a commitment to safe, ethical care.
