• Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients about skin concerns, routines, and treatment goals.
• Perform facials and approved advanced services within training and state license.
• Recommend appropriate treatment enhancements and home care products.
• Explain recommendations clearly so clients understand how they support skin goals.
• Encourage rebooking and consistent care to build lasting client relationships.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, sanitation standards, and an organized treatment room.
• Partner with the front desk to support appointments, client follow-up, and a smooth guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and regular coaching on service quality, retail sales, and client retention.
