Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) West Loop in Chicago, IL is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist for part-time shifts, including Wednesday nights and Saturdays. You will provide massage and spa services, develop treatment plans, and maintain SOAP notes to support client care and retention.

Compensation:

Commission is $36.50-$44 per hour based on experience

What you’ll do:

• Play an active role in client and member retention
• Effectively and professionally follow-up with clients
• Create therapeutic treatment plans for clients
• Complete, file, and maintain accurate and effective SOAP notes
• Make appropriate at-home care suggestions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Providing massage and spa services
