About Our Spa: Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at The Waverly Place in Cary, NC offers a healing environment for massage therapists. It is individually owned and operated, with a strong client base and a positive culture.

Compensation and Benefits: Base pay per 50-minute service plus tips, commissions on enhancements, flexible schedules, license fee stipends, employer-covered telemedicine, PTO, 401K, CEUs, spa staff support, discounts, and no sales quotas.
