Responsibilities

• Adjust pressure and technique throughout the session, with attentive communication, appropriate draping, and clear professional boundaries.
• Provide lymphatic drainage and other specialty modalities within training, permitted scope, and practice approval.
• Document treatments, explain relevant aftercare, and recommend a thoughtful return schedule and suitable retail products.
• Prepare and reset your treatment room, maintain fresh linens and sanitation, and coordinate appointment flow with the team.

Build returning clientele at Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness through personalized bodywork, attentive communication and consistent hands-on care.

• Assess each client's goals, preferences, relevant history, and contraindications; tailor therapeutic, relaxation, and recovery-focused sessions accordingly.
• Adjust pressure and technique throughout the session, with attentive communication, appropriate draping, and clear professional boundaries.
• Provide lymphatic drainage and other specialty modalities within your training, permitted scope, and practice approval.
• Document treatments, explain relevant aftercare, and recommend a thoughtful return schedule and suitable retail products.
• Prepare and reset your treatment room, maintain fresh linens and sanitation, and coordinate appointment flow with the team.

What you bring

• An active Texas Massage Therapist license and hands-on professional massage experience are required.
• Consistent technique, professional judgment, reliability, and warm client care.
• Three years of relevant massage experience is preferred.
• Fewer years considered based on demonstrated skill and client care.
• Lymphatic drainage training is preferred. Deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other specialty training are also valued.

Compensation

• Service and retail commissions follow the written compensation plan.
• 30% service commission on eligible collected service revenue, with no consumables deduction.
• A completed service with $200 in eligible collected revenue pays $60 commission.
• $12 per hour for non-service working time, including required unbooked availability.
• Paid non-service duties include room preparation/turnover, documentation, required training and other assigned work outside treatment sessions.
• This hourly rate is not added to commission for the same treatment time.
• 100% of client tips, plus separate commission on eligible retail sales.
• Up to $1,000 combined in signing and six-month retention bonuses; the written offer sets the split, eligibility, and payment terms.
• Practice-provided professional liability coverage for services within your approved role and scope.
• Retail product discounts upon hire.
• Complimentary or discounted aesthetic and wellness services after 90 days, subject to practice policy and approval.
