Job summary

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington state to join our clinician team in Edmonds. The role offers a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential and a W2 employed position.

Locations include a beautiful Edmonds office with hybrid in-person and remote flexibility, plus a sign-on bonus, 401K match, CEUs, and paid parental leave. Part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW/LCSW.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed therapy in a hybrid Washington practice.
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with the clinician team to coordinate care.
