Job Description

We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services via telehealth. Benefits include:

• W2, Full-time
• Base salary plus bonuses, ranging from $69k-$76k, with earning potential up to $100k
• Monday - Friday schedule; no weekends; shifts from 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT
• Liability insurance and annual stipends for growth & education
• Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish)
• We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans, serving patients across the lifespan

Requirements

• Master's degree and licensure in relevant field
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
• Meet background and regulatory requirements
