Responsibilities include leading virtual sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with other providers as needed while adhering to Hawaii LMFT licensing, ethics, and telehealth requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii LMFT license.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
• Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule.

• Help clients talk through recurring issues in a constructive way.
• Keep session notes and required records complete and up to date.

• Follow Hawaii LMFT licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements.

Position Summary

This full-time remote role is open to an LMFT licensed in Hawaii. You’ll work with individuals, couples, and families who may be dealing with changes in their relationships, parenting concerns, grief, stress, or other issues affecting life at home. The work is centered on helping clients sort through difficult situations, better understand what is happening in their relationships, and decide what changes may be helpful moving forward.
