Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a licensed LMFT to join a growing behavioral health team serving geriatric populations in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will provide psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and collaborate with psychiatric providers in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

• Eligible for Level II background screening

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric and counseling services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Led by Dr. Parikshit Deshmukh, we focus on compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting provider growth.

Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000

Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential
