Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings. The role includes assessments, care planning, and collaboration with psychiatric providers.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours, on-site. This full-time position offers a salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus up to $20,000 quarterly bonus, 401(k) with match, malpractice coverage and PTO.

Salary ranges from $70,000-$80,000

Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential
