An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist to provide direct psychological services to injured workers. In this remote role, you will deliver individual therapy and lead psychoeducational classes, focusing on chronic pain management. The Marriage and Family Therapist is responsible for providing direct psychological clinical services to injured workers through multiple modalities, including initial assessments, case management, psychoeducation, movement classes, as well as individual and group psychotherapy. A typical caseload will include a wide variety of individuals who have been injured at work and are experiencing predominantly anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues related to physical pain.
Additionally, this position will partner with the clinical team to assess current treatment and examine opportunities for improvement, including participation in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Therapists work closely with the pain management team to ensure that all individuals in our care receive high-quality clinical services.
Therapists provide services that are reimbursable by Worker's Compensation and will be expected to complete clinical and administrative documentation required by this entity.

$90,000 to $115,000 Annually
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
