Bloom Marriage and Family Counseling is seeking licensed LMFT and LCSW associates to join our team. We value and appreciate our counselors and believe that the best way to take care of our patients is to take excellent care of our team members. We have a flexible, non-stressful, life balance approach to our therapeutic calling. We provide the flexibility to balance Telehealth (work from home) and in-office clients.

As a Licensed Therapist, you'll provide therapy services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, both face-to-face and through telehealth, to:

1. Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions
2. Conduct therapy sessions with clients
3. Develop a customized treatment plan based on each client's needs
4. Monitor each client's progress during ongoing treatment
5. Complete session notes promptly

We are looking for skilled, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Therapists committed to our mission of providing patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
2. Valid California License
3. Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
4. Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
5. Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
7. Coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
8. Organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
9. Familiarity with privacy, health, and safety laws
10. Computer skills in operating record-keeping, scheduling, email, and word-processing software
11. Ability to stay current on emerging theories, techniques, and practice in family therapy.

Preferred:

1. Previous experience providing counseling services
2. Bi-lingual communication skills are a plus
