Job summary

Tenacious Health and Wellness, located at 5340 E Main Street, Whitehall, OH 43213, is seeking an Ohio-licensed LPCC-S with a CDCA credential to provide counseling, supervision, and support for behavioral health services. This role serves children, adolescents, and adults and supports mental health and substance use services.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPCC-S license is required.
• Active CDCA credential is required.
• Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Experience providing clinical supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must pass required BCI background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavioral health staff.
• Complete assessments and treatment plans.
• Work with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide mental health and substance use services within scope of practice.
• Review clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow agency, Medicaid, and state requirements.
