Job summary

Symmetry Financial Group is seeking driven individuals to launch their life insurance agent careers. You will consult with clients, leverage a proven lead system, and manage policy documentation while receiving mentorship and robust technology support.

As part of the Tracy Young Agency, you’ll work with nationwide clients, building relationships and achieving meaningful earnings through commissions. Flexible, remote-friendly roles promote work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a current life insurance license and NPN.
• Strong, coachable work ethic and high integrity.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful.
• Able to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Virtually meet with individuals via our proven lead system.
• Manage sales administrative tasks such as documentation and policy processing.

Core Responsibilities:

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage based on their needs
• Virtually meet with individuals who have requested life insurance information (no cold calling) via our proven lead system
• Manage sales administrative tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and maintaining accurate client records
• Attend team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person)

Pay:

• 1099 contractor; commissions only
• Part-Time Uncapped Potential: estimated $50,000–$75,000+ / first year (6–8 policies/month)
• Full-Time Uncapped Potential: estimated $125,000–$175,000+ / first year (15–20 policies/month)
