• Active Life Insurance License required.
• Experience in life insurance sales, telesales, or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with warm, high-intent leads to assess coverage needs and present suitable solutions.
• Maintain pipeline and policyholder records, assist underwriting and policy delivery.
• Utilize recruiting leads and recruitment system to hire, train, and mentor new agents for agency growth.
• Receive ongoing product education, sales strategy sessions, and leadership training.
