• We train agents to work with ready-to-purchase clients and provide access to multiple A+ rated carriers.
• Our focus includes UL's, Term, Whole Life, and Annuities, with an emphasis on using IUL's for tax-free retirement planning.

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to work a minimum of 20+ hours per week.
• Learn our company's selling system, including phone scripts, virtual presentations, and product placement.
• Engage with team support, communication, and LMS (Learning Management System).
• Review underwriting guidelines and select appropriate products based on client’s age, health, and coverage needs.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Life Insurance or Health Agents, TOP sales performers, or willing to obtain licensing.
• Coachable, patient, ambitious, and a team player.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a smartphone and a laptop.
