Hiring a LICENSED LEAD Preschool Teacher for Lake Area Discovery Center at Faithful Shepherd Catholic School in Eagan, MN.

The position includes leading a preschool classroom, working with a team of assistant teachers, and paid daily prep time. Lead Teachers collaborate with on-site and regional teams to plan lessons, share resources, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development.

The 12-month salary ranges from $58,000 to $70,000. A 9-month position without summer teaching is also available.

Benefits include 64 hours PTO, paid holidays, in-service/non-student days, health benefits, and a $500 continuing education credit. Candidates must have a B.A. or B.S. in Education or related field, and a current or in-process MN Teaching License or Master of Education degree.
