Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installations, from rough to finish, in luxury homes
• Mentor and support apprentices and junior electricians on-site
• Ensure work meets National Electric Code (NEC) and state-specific licensing standards
• Coordinate job site tasks and collaborate with project managers and clients
• Maintain strong communication with office staff regarding progress and materials
• Promote safety, efficiency, and best practices in all aspects of the job
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all job sites
• Work on projects in NY, and potentially MA and CT (licensed electricians only)
  
  

Key Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Ct or Mass required
• Additional licensure in Massachusetts or Connecticut is a strong plus
• 5+ years of experience in residential electrical work (high-end homes preferred)
• Previous leadership or crew management experience is highly preferred
• Ability to mentor junior electricians and foster team growth
• Knowledge of low voltage, audio/visual, and smart home systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of running jobs independently
• Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
