Job summary

Stella Mental Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW) to join our Murray, UT clinic. You will provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with thorough preparation, assessment and integration, while collaborating with medical providers to support patients through treatment.

The role emphasizes CBT/DBT/ACT modalities, trauma-informed care, safety planning and ongoing progress monitoring in a compassionate, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required and an active, unrestricted LCSW in Utah.
• Formal Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training is required.
• Experience delivering CBT/DBT/ACT; trauma-informed approaches are essential.
• Calm, warm, nonjudgmental presence with patients during intense experiences.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Murray, UT 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy with preparation, assessment and integration.
• Maintain a safe, calm environment and collaborate with medical providers.
• Facilitate ongoing integration and behavioral health treatment for sustainable progress.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, symptom severity assessments and risk screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments, safety planning and mandated reporting.
• Promote patient engagement and continuity of care with strong therapeutic rapport.
