Job summary

Deans Services in Maine is seeking a Licensed Lawn Care Applicator to join our on-site team. You will apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides on properties along your route using hand and powered equipment, while maintaining safety and client communication.

This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a wage range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour (up to $27/hour for experienced technicians), paid training from day one, and a strong track record of internal advancement in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
• At least 21 years old (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others

Responsibilities

• Work individually or with a crew to provide lawn care services to all properties on assigned route using hand and powered equipment.
• Apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides for pest and weed control in lawn and ornamentals.
• Unload and load equipment at each property and remove trash/debris prior to servicing area.
• Comply with state and federal regulations and company policies; keep scheduled appointments with customers.
• Interact with clients after job completion to determine concerns and offer additional services.
