Job summary

Pequot Yacht Club in Southport, CT seeks a Launch Operator / Marine Facilities Technician. The role requires reliability, organization, and comfort in a fast-paced, member-focused environment; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid U.S. Coast Guard Limited Master’s Launch License or higher.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate club launch vessels safely and in accordance with USCG regulations.
• Transport members and guests to moored vessels promptly and courteously.
• Conduct daily vessel inspections and complete logs and safety checklists.
• Assist with maintaining club-owned vessels and mooring operations.
• Provide dockside support and marina access assistance.
