Asplundh is seeking a Crew Member in Charlottesville, VA to perform lawn mowing, pruning, mulching, and other landscape maintenance tasks. You will safely operate equipment and apply weed control and other chemicals as licensed, following site plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.

The role requires 2+ years in landscape installation, a high school diploma or GED, and a state technician/applicator license per local requirements. Drug screen and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Holds, at a minimum, a State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirement.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Operate equipment such as skid steer, excavator, and backhoe.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weed control and chemical applications.
• Follow plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and supplies.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites and equipment.
