The Licensed Land Surveyor / Manager in Winston Salem, NC, will plan, organize, and direct the work of surveyors and technicians to determine precise locations and measurements of various points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction and mapping purposes. The successful candidate will promote safe work practices among the survey staff, evaluate staff progress, obtain results, and recommend changes for overall improvement. Additionally, this role involves representing the company in meetings and conferences with clients and potential clients. Note that this position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship, except for the TN visa classification.

6. Do you have familiarity with subsurface utility designating and locating preferred
7. Do you have familiarity with aerial mapping, LiDAR scanning and sUAS is preferred.
8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
