The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience, a New Jersey license, and proficiency in Carlson 2018, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project tasks, managing budgets, and building client relationships. The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, alongside benefits such as stock purchase plans and mentoring programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor.
• License in New Jersey required; New York license preferred.
• Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and schedule project work tasks for multiple projects.
• Monitor and oversee project budgets.
• Communicate and build client relationships.
