Sanbell is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor I in Ventura, CA, to support the Land Survey Department on development construction and survey projects. The role requires a CA PLS license and experience with COGO-based software and major survey tools.

The position is in-person, full-time, with a 7AM–4PM schedule and a competitive compensation package. You will collaborate with a large network of professionals across multiple locations, mentor Survey Assistants, and potentially serve as Task or

Qualifications

• CA licensure required (PLS/LS) in California.
• Strong understanding of COGO-based software.
• Experience with Civil 3D, Carlson, and Trimble Business Center.

Responsabilités

• Sign off on completed Land Survey Department maps and exhibits meeting all required elements.
• Proposal preparation: define project scope, budgets, equipment and personnel needs.
• Coordinate projects with team leaders, clients, title companies, and government agencies.
• Work within budget and time frames.
• Review Survey Assistant work and mentor staff.
• May act as Task Manager or Project Manager depending on project scope.
• Prepare projects for field work and brief field crews on tasks.
