Job summary

DEAR Services in Washington State is hiring a Journeyman Plumber with a sign-on bonus. Must be certified by the Washington State Plumber Certification Program to work in Washington.

You will work with clients to install customized plumbing solutions while communicating clearly and upholding safety standards. Benefits include medical, vision/dental, paid training, holidays, PTO after 90 days, and a competitive compensation package of $150K-$200K per year.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WA State Journeyman Plumber license.
• Eight thousand hours of supervised plumbing experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid WA driver's license.
• Provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Install customized plumbing solutions for residential clients.
• Sell and install plumbing systems while aligning with client needs and budget.
• Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers and coworkers to ensure code compliance.
