Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a proud brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is hiring a Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) to serve residential and commercial customers in Jackson, WI and surrounding areas.

This on-site, field-based, full-time role features a variable schedule up to 40 hours weekly with occasional overtime. You’ll install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, identify root causes, and communicate solutions to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
• Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
• Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.

Schedule

Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands. This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. To meet shifting operational deadlines, occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required.

Travel

Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region.

• Compensation: $50 to $62 per hour base rate with on-target earnings of up to $150,000/year.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation; Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Licensing: Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required; A valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record.
• Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Skills: A personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Compliance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and a drug screening, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working.
• Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
• Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $50 to $62 per hour

Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.

Other Compensation: Overtime eligibility, performance spiffs. See benefits listed above.

Overtime Classification: Hourly, non-exempt

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
