Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and building plans to meet job specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles.
• Uphold company standards of quality, safety, and professionalism at all times.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
• Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Required:State of Illinois personal plumbing license (active and in good standing).
• Required:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CCCDI licensed a plus
• 5+ years of experience in residential and/or light commercial plumbing.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and highly detail-oriented.
• Willingness to grow with the company and mentor others over time.
