Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works in heating, air-conditioning and general maintenance.
• Evaluates tasks, plans work and estimates hours, materials, tools and cost.
• Plans, assigns, inspects, and evaluates the work of subordinates.
• Responds to emergency (night and weekend) demands.
• Supervises and prepares work orders and time reports.
