Job summary

Pro Power Services LLC is seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to lead multiple electrical projects in Texas. The role combines hands‑on electrical work with leadership of crews, planning each job, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality from kickoff to closeout.

You will read plans, coordinate with customers and inspectors, track materials, and manage change orders. Strong NEC knowledge and supervisory experience are essential for success in this on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Experience reading plans, specs, and scopes.
• Experience leading a crew or running jobs as foreman or lead.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and one line diagrams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs without losing track of details.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple jobs: keep each on schedule and on budget.
• Read plans and break each job into tasks, crew hours, and material.
• Order and track material and equipment; ensure crews aren’t waiting.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and utilities.
• Track change orders and report status weekly to owner.
• Close out each job with punch lists, inspections, and sign‑off.
• Lead crews and assign foremen based on skill and workload.
• Provide job briefs and coach crew members on quality and safety.
• Enforce safety program and ensure electrically safe work conditions.
