Devine Management Consulting in Birmingham, AL, is recruiting experienced electricians willing to relocate to El Paso, TX for a full-time role starting at 7:00 a.m. Salary ranges from $58,240 to $66,560 with overtime.

Pay is $28–$32 per hour, with relocation up to $3,000, housing assistance of $650/month for three months, and two signing bonuses of $1,500 after 90 and 180 days. Overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of industrial electrical experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license.
• Texas or New Mexico license accepted.
• Out-of-state applicants must be eligible to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrician license.
• Completed electrical apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Install conduit, complete wire pulls, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear.
• Follow NEC, OSHA, and lockout/tagout safety requirements.
