Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. seeks a full-time licensed Electrician for the ISC project, onsite in Delta, Utah, reporting to the St. George office. Travel compensation includes per diem and base pay plus a $3 hourly incentive for this jobsite.

Responsibilities include electrical installation per blueprints and NEC, conduit bending, cable tray, grounding, wiring, lighting, and rough-in for security and data communications, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Utah electrical license required.
• Enrolled in apprentice-level program as an apprentice.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Bend conduit (Galvanized Rigid & EMT) and install cable tray.
• Perform grounding/bonding and wiring for systems.
• Install industrial lighting and rough-in for security and data comm.
• Work with distribution panels and follow jobsite safety requirements.
• Travel to Delta, UT, with per diem and travel compensation.
• Stand for long periods and lift tools up to 100 lbs as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with work hours.

Job description

Hunt Electric, Inc. is looking for a full time licensed Electrician for our ISC project within our electrical division. This position reports to our St. George office but will be onsite in Delta, Utah. We will be offering a travel compensation package with per diem and base pay plus $3/hourly incentive. The compensation package is for this jobsite only.

As a licensed electrician, you would be responsible for installation and execution of electrical construction projects with the ability to bend conduit (Galvanized Rigid & EMT), Install Galvanized Cable Tray, Grounding/Bonding, wiring, industrial lighting, conduit rough in for security and data comm systems, , and distribution panels per blueprints and NEC code.

• The ability to lift up to 100lbs.

• Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code.
• Be a self-starter and be dependable.
• Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Utah electrical license.
• Be enrolled in the appropriate apprentice-level school program as an apprentice.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to travel and work in Delta.
• Ability to work jobsite hours with possible overtime and weekends.
• OSHA 10
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Work Schedule
