X3 is hiring licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center project in the Cedar Rapids area. If you're an experienced commercial or industrial electrician with strong conduit, switchgear, energization, and commissioning skills, this is a high-profile project worth your time. Schedule: 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday, 8 hours Saturday.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Journeyman Electrician License or reciprocal license.
• 7+ years commercial or industrial electrical experience, with 4+ recent years.
• Conduit, cable tray, wiring, switchgear installation experience.
• Experience with energization, switching, AutoLOTO, and load bank connections.
• Experience supporting Level 3 through Level 5 commissioning.
• Troubleshoot, test, commission, and maintain commercial electrical systems.
• Blueprint, one-line diagram, schematic, and installation plan reading.
• Working knowledge of NEC and job-site safety requirements.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Willingness to travel regionally; pass pre-employment screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, cable tray, wiring and switchgear.
• Energetize and commission systems on-site.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain commercial electrical systems.
• Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, PMs and other trades.
• Mentor apprentices and ensure crew safety.
• Travel regionally as required.
