Are you an experienced and licensed Journeyman Electrician looking for a new opportunity?

We don't like drama or excuses. We get the job done. We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable electrician to join our team and work on a variety of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Install, modify, and troubleshoot electrical systems, such as lighting, power distribution, motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, control panels, fire alarms, and data communication.
• Test and inspect electrical systems and components using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty or damaged wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other tradespeople, contractors, engineers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures and report any hazards or injuries to the supervisor.
• Supervise, train, and mentor apprentice electricians and helpers.
• Keep current on the latest developments and innovations in the electrical field.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Education and Certification Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician License - State of Wisconsin (must NOT be expired)
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record the past 5-years (no major violations)
• OSHA 10 required within 6-months of hire.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• At least three years of full-time experience as a journeyman electrician in an industrial or commercial setting
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Skill in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, generators, transformers, and lighting systems.
