Mr. Holland’s Home Services in Jackson, WI is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer with on-site and field responsibilities. The role requires a valid electrical license, strong knowledge of wiring diagrams, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly with occasional overtime.

You will work within a growing Clarion Home Services Group network serving residential and commercial clients. You will educate homeowners on electrical needs, troubleshoot faults, follow local codes, and maintain organized equipment

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer

Work Location: Jackson, WI and surrounding area

Work Arrangement: On-site and field-based

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily start and end times vary based on project demands. Variable full-time schedule, up to 40 hours per week (hours are driven by project workloads and seasonal business needs; a minimum number of weekly hours is not guaranteed). Occasional overtime, weekend shifts, and after-hours work may be required depending on business needs.

Travel: Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region.

What You'll Do:

• Build trust by educating homeowners and businesses on their electrical needs during service calls.

• Maintain a pristine job site and a fully stocked, organized service truck.

• Engage in morning meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and team retreats.

What You Bring:

• Experience:Proven experience with wiring diagrams, circuit breakers, junction boxes, and tracing lines. A deep understanding of local codes and their field application.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to clearly explain solutions to customers.
• Licensing:Current electrical license.
• Integrity:High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Compliance: Valid driver’s license with an insurable record; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.

Compensation:

• Base Pay Range: $35-$50 per hour.
• Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.
• Other Compensation: Overtime eligibility. See benefits listed above.
• Overtime Classification: Hourly, non-exempt.
