Overview

IES Residential is currently seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. We are rapidly expanding in the residential electrical market, with a central OKC location and long-term projects in place. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and Oklahoma electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine effective solutions.
• Supervise apprentices and assist in their on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site environment.
• Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors as needed.

Min: USD $28.00/Hr.

Max: USD $35.00/Hr.

Minimum Education: None

Minimum Years Of Experience: 2-4

Qualifications

Specific Qualifications:

• Current and active Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License.
• 4+ years of electrical installation experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments including heights and confined spaces.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.

Preferred

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, or mixed‑use construction projects.

Work Environment

This role involves work on active construction sites, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions, elevated heights, and operation of power tools and equipment.
