Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

• Performance-based pay with a weekly minimum! Compensation: $60k-$200k per year.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License with knowledge of local electrical codes.
• Residential/Commercial service experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity with a strong desire to improve.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Primary Job Functions:

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs related to electrical in-home services.
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair electrical fixtures and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems.
• Install wiring, control wiring, and communications wiring in conduit.
• Install power distribution equipment like breaker panels, transformers, etc.
• Mount and install light fixtures and controls.
• Follow all safety and quality codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and inventory.
• Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and feedback sheets.
• Participate in training, meetings, and trade shows.
