Job summary

Our integrated educational and therapeutic model focuses on functional academics, communication, regulation, and independence. We are currently seeking a high school intervention specialist to join our team. This will be a 10 month contract with summers off. We are seeking compassionate, adaptable, and team‑oriented individuals. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with RBTs, BCBAs, paraprofessionals, and certified teachers. We value individuals who can facilitate small‑group instruction, implement individualized supports, and respond thoughtfully to student needs using a trauma‑assumed, assent‑based approach.
