Job summary

Bridgeway Academy in Columbus, OH is seeking compassionate teachers to join our team and support students with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will teach in small classrooms, provide hands-on learning, and help students build academic, social, communication, and life skills in the classroom and community.

This role offers meaningful work, collaborative teamwork with BCBAs, RBTs, therapists and educators, and scheduling flexibility to fit family and schooling.

We're looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated teachers to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of students with autism and other developmental disabilities. We have shifts between the hours of 8:00-6:00 Monday - Friday.

Working alongside BCBAs, RBTs, therapists, and fellow educators, you'll teach in small classrooms, provide hands-on learning experiences, and help students build academic, social, communication, and life skills both in the classroom and throughout the community.
