• Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing sales role preferred but will teach
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through coverage options
• Comfort working from the Massapequa, New York office
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail when managing policy information
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools
• Preferred: experience handling quotes, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities

• Explain coverage options in a clear, honest, and approachable way
• Prepare quotes, review policies, and help customers make informed decisions

• Maintain accurate records of calls, applications, and policy details
• Work closely with the team to provide a smooth and dependable customer experience
