• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through coverage options
• Comfort working from the Massapequa, New York office
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail when managing policy information
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools
• Preferred: experience handling quotes, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities
