Daniellottinger is seeking an Account Representative to join our insurance sales team in Houston, Texas. This full-time, in-office role focuses on servicing clients and generating insurance sales opportunities in Property & Casualty and Life insurance.

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a competitive attitude, and attention to detail. Compensation ranges from $30,000 to $60,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses and benefits including paid time off and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Team player mindset with a positive, competitive attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (friendly, clear, confident).
• Detail-oriented organization – insurance requires accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in a CRM/database.
• Insurance agency experience is a plus.
• Current P&C and/or Life license is a plus.

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
