Allstate Insurance Agency - Carmen Mihaila is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships in the community, and explain the value of insurance through trusted advice.

You will work toward sales goals with a base plus commission plan, access comprehensive training, and have opportunities for advancement as you develop license credentials for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required; willingness to obtain required licenses to sell insurance.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently; able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
