Responsibilities

• Build trust with clients through relationship-building and maintain retention and loyalty.

• Maintain phone time and meet sales quotas set by management.
• Use computer systems to process transactions, review and update policies, and handle endorsements.
• Communicate clearly with clients to address needs and ensure retention standards.
• Analyze policy renewals to upsell new policies based on client needs and market conditions.
