The Runden Agency, LLC, an Allstate Exclusive Agent in Thornton, CO, seeks a Licensed Insurance/Sales Producer to grow the local agency by connecting with new and existing clients to provide coverage for evolving needs.

This independent contractor role offers training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to build relationships within the community while advancing in a stable industry.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• 1-2 years of sales experience in insurance or related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs
• Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms
