L.A. Insurance in Metro Detroit seeks a licensed Property & Casualty Agent to join our team. You will quote, bind, and service auto policies while delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.

The role includes a two-month training program with product knowledge and systems training, plus aggressive earning potential, including a $5,000 Employment Success Bonus and a $7,500 bonus for Spanish bilinguals. Path to Profit Sharing Partner after year one is available.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative.
• Opportunity to earn monthly during training and commissions leading to high earnings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions.
• Generate accurate quotes and bind coverage.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client questions.
• Develop knowledge of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build local community relationships to support agency growth.
