Position Summary:
Consult & Advise: Present proposals with confidence, clearly explaining coverage options so clients feel informed and secure.
Close Deals: Finalize sales, collect documentation, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team.
Grow Your Network: Develop prospects through community involvement, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
Stay Ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria to provide expert guidance.
Represent with Pride: Be the face of our firm in the community and with insurance partners.
Drive Results: Meet monthly new business goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and client experience.
Licensed & Ready: Hold an active 2-20 state insurance license.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
Self-Starter: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
Detail-Oriented: Organized, accurate, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
