Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Licensed Commercial Life & Health Insurance Agent for an on-site role in Peachtree Corners, GA. The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, plus an uncapped commission structure and target earnings of $80,000+.

You will develop NEW business, support clients, and deliver group life and health solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. The role emphasizes building relationships with business owners, generating quotes, and cross-selling insurance

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience.
• Commercial Group Life & Health insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Property & Casualty License is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Market commercial group Life & Health insurance products to business owners and decision-makers.
• Generate insurance quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations.
• Follow up on inbound leads and quote requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within company systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, benefits, enrollment, and renewals.
• Assist clients with group benefits enrollment and plan-related questions as needed.
• Communicate directly with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy servicing, renewals, and customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and services.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.

Position Overview

A growing business services organization is seeking a Licensed Commercial Life & Health Insurance Agent to join its expanding insurance solutions team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing clients, and delivering commercial group Life & Health insurance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

Job Duties

Job Requirements

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience
• Commercial Group Life & Health insurance experience strongly preferred
• Property & Casualty License is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales and service environment
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression preferred
